18ct yellow gold hand assembled twisted hinged bangle. The bangle is 2.9mm wide across the back and widens to 5.5mm wide across the head which is channel set with twenty-one baguette and tapered baguette cut sapphire with a total weight of 2.50ct. The bangle is stamped 22ct but tests 18ct.
